Pan Con Prana: A time for introspection

Book

What to Expect

A gentle pause from the pace of everyday life. This retreat is a Reset that is designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and return to yourself—through guided experiences, restorative space, and time to simply be.

❋ Intentional Structure

We blend guided moments, open exploration, and space to reflect—so the experience feels both focused and fluid.

❋ Collaborative Energy

Connection is a core part of the process. You’ll learn just as much from the group as from the content itself.

❋ Expert Facilitation

Led by experienced teachers and guides who know how to hold space, encourage participation, and keep things moving with purpose.

❋ A Supportive Space

Pana Con Prana prioritize comfort, safety, and respect—so you can show up as you are and fully engage in the process.

Reconnect with your body and mind as you escape the noise of everyday life.

We also know that for those not deep in a yoga practice of their own, it can feel intimidating and unavailable; that’s why we’ll tailor the yoga practice to the experience and needs of the group.

From a breath-focused hatha practice, to restorative yoga, to powerful flows and peak poses, we will craft each practice so that it is suitable for all levels of practitioners in our group. Whether you are just starting out or a seasoned yogi, our combined knowledge and expertise will create a space where everyone is safe and feels comfortable to explore.

Group with Spirit

Your guides on this trip are people who are dedicated to the health and wellness of their communities. We believe that yoga and mindfulness are for everybody and that no one should be held back from their own unique journey.

This retreat combines adventure and vacation with yoga and personal exploration. We want to offer you something that gets you out of your comfort zone and lets you relax; an experience that deepens your connection with your self and with the people around you. Some of us will start off as strangers to each other, but we’ll all end up one close-knit pana

  • “Thank you so much for giving me this experience; it is one that I will carry with me for a lifetime.”

    — Kellie, 28 (Pana Con Prana 2019)

  • "One of the hippest trips such a natural high"

Jacie, 65 (Pana Con Prana 2024)

  • "Pana con Prana was the perfect blend of yoga, adventure, incredible food, and genuine connection. I arrived knowing no one and left with new friends, great memories and a deep love for Colombia. "

Sarah, 29 (Pana Con Prana 2024)

  • "Alison and her team really worked hard to create an amazing retreat experience for everyone. I had little experience with yoga, and she made sure that I felt comfortable in each of the poses. I loved her Colombian family who were part of the retreat as well. They welcomed us with kindness into their culture and showed us their customs. Oh and, Colombia has amazing food!! Make sure you come hungry!"

Stephanie, 41 (Pana Con Prana 2024)
